I just recently quit my job at a small business that is managed a owned by one man. He speaks openly about his sexual wantings, rape and other really uncomfortable issues. He also never hires minorities or men. He only hires white women. I know this because unfortunately I worked for him for two years. I finally couldn’t take it any more. Is there anything I can do to stop him from getting away with it any longer?

You may be due some compensation, depending on the strength of a possible case against the individual. Also, report the business to your local employment agencies, private and public.
