I just recently quit my job at a small business that is managed a owned by one man. He speaks openly about his sexual wantings, rape and other really uncomfortable issues. He also never hires minorities or men. He only hires white women. I know this because unfortunately I worked for him for two years. I finally couldn’t take it any more. Is there anything I can do to stop him from getting away with it any longer?

Report his actions to both the chamber of commerce and better business bureau. Also, you might want to consult an attorney in your area about this. You may be due some compensation, depending on the strength of a possible case against the individual. Also, report the business to your local employment agencies, private and public.
